IT Operating Lease An operating lease for IT equipment, namely desktops, notebooks, and printers, allowing companies to benefit from the use, rather than the ownership, of the equipment. Corplease can purchase the asset and lease the equipment for a certain period, usually up to 3 years.
Since Corplease will look to sell the equipment at the end of the tenor with a residual value, companies will not finance the entire equipment cost. This allows companies to continuously upgrade their equipment, without disposing the asset at the end of its useful lifecycle.
