Chahir is a well-known industry veteran with more than 23 years of relevant experience at regional firms in Saudi Arabia, UAE, and Egypt.

Chahir joined CI Capital in May 2022 from Al Rajhi Capital, the largest brokerage firm in Saudi Arabia and the MENA region, where he was Head of Brokerage for the past 4 years. During his tenor at Al Rajhi, his many accomplishments include growing retail market share while consistently achieving market leadership status in the largest equity capital market of the region, in addition to setting up Al Rajhi’s institutional business where he successfully grew institutional market share. Prior to Al Rajhi Capital, Chahir held several leadership positions at ADCB Securities, Scope Investment, and EFG Hermes.
